Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO military boxes. We consider shipments elsewhere on a case-by-case basis. Shipments to international destinations are delivered via USPS Global Express Mail only. Please note, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged to international bidders or buyers are not our responsibility.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on where you live and what the item is. Typically, shipping prices begin at $9.99 for USPS Priority Mail (includes delivery confirmation). Please see shipping prices on specific item pages.
Are you watches new?
We do not carry factory reconditioned or used watches (unless specifically stated as such). Unlike many online watch retailers, all of our watches come with original gift boxes, serial numbers intact, instructions, and the manufacturer's warranty.
Are your watches authentic?
All of our watches are guaranteed authentic or your money back. We do not sell any replica items.

In fact, we are so confident about the quality and authenticity of our merchandise that we will pay $100 to anyone who can prove otherwise in writing.
How can your prices be so low?
We've spent hundreds of hours securing the best and most reputable suppliers in the business and passing on the savings to you.
Are your watches boxed and warranted?
All watches are in gift boxes and come with a manufacturer's warranty (unless specifically stated otherwise). However, because we are not an authorized dealer, the manufacturer, in rare instances, may not honor their original warranty. In such cases, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly and we will help you resolve the problem in any way that we can.

Please note, almost all warranties guarantee the face, hands, and movement to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

Warranties typically do not cover the following services: regular maintenance and services (including battery changes), damage caused by improper handling, careless usage, accidents, wear and tear from normal use, or water damage if not explicitly marked as waterproof. Also, bands/bracelets, crystal, and other parts of the watch not directly related to the movement usually are excluded from warranty services.
Are you an authorized dealer?
While we are not an authorized or direct dealer of any product we sell, all of our products come from authorized dealers and respected industry wholesalers. Moreover, not being an authorized dealer gives us the freedom to sell at our own price discretion. And unlike most resellers, all watches come complete with their original gift boxes, instruction manuals, manufacturer's warranty, and serial numbers intact.
What does "Swiss Made" really mean?
According to Swiss law, a Swiss-made watch means that at least 50% of the parts are Swiss made and that the assembly, finishing, and final inspection occurs in Switzerland.
Why do some of the watches you sell feature Victorinox and Swiss Army on the dial?
Victorinox is the parent company of Swiss Army, as well as Wenger and Swiss Military brands.
What payment options do I have?

Through our partner Paypal, we accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. All payments are encrypted with Paypal's cutting-edge technology and proprietary procedures that ensure the security of its members transactions. You do not need to join or be a member to use your credit card with Paypal.

We also accept USPS Postal Money Orders.
What is Paypal?
PayPal, a subsidiary of eBay, is the global leader in online payment solutions with more than 100 million account members worldwide. Overall, Paypal is the third largest credit payment processor in the world after Visa and Mastercard but ahead of American Express. PayPal has received close to 20 awards for technical excellence from the internet industry and the business community at large.
What sort of buyer protection do you offer?
Purchases from Swiss Watch Boutique via Paypal are eligible for Paypal protection of up to $2,000.00 USD. See Paypal's Web site for more details. In addition, all of our watches are guaranteed authentic or your money back. In fact, we are so confident about the quality and authenticity of our merchandise that we will pay $100 to anyone who can prove otherwise in writing.
Will you ship to an unconfirmed Paypal address?
We may require additional information before we will consider shipping to an unconfirmed address. We reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses (e.g., where the billing address is different from the shipping address).
How quickly will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise notified.
How will my item be shipped?
All watches within the U.S. are delivered by USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express (overnight), or UPS Ground Service. International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail International.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we combine shipping. The second item of your order ships for FREE.
What does "water resistant" really mean?
Water resistance 50 meters (150 feet): It is wearable around household sinks, while playing sports, and in shallow water. It should not be worn while scuba diving.

Water resistance 100 meters (330 feet): It is wearable around household sinks, while playing sports, and while swimming or poolside diving. It should not be worn while scuba diving.

Water resistance 300 meters (990 feet): It is wearable around household sinks and while playing sports, swimming, and scuba diving at depths not requiring helium gas.
What is your return policy?

We offer a no-hassle return policy up to 14 days from receipt of watch provided that the item is returned in its original condition, including box, manual, tags, no missing links, etc. If the watch shows any signs of wear, we will not be able to accept it for return.

Please contact us before returning an item and reference the order number and product. Once we receive and inspect your package, we will issue your credit, less a flat-rate $15 restocking fee for any watch under $200. Watches over $200 may have a higher restocking fee. See individual item for details.

The reason we charge the restocking fee is to cover the cost of eBay, Paypal fees and any packing materials, which in sum typically make up about 10 percent of the cost of the item.

We suggest using a courier that can track packages. We are not responsible for items addressed to us that do not require a signature upon receipt. If you are returning an auction item, make sure you specify your eBay auction ID.
Do you sell extra links to extend a watch band/bracelet?
Watch manufacturers are generally the only source for additional links. To order links, please contact the customer service number listed in the back of your warranty book.
Do you size watch bands or bracelets?
No, this can only be done properly in person, which is why we ship all watches unsized. We recommend that you take your watch to a reputable local jeweler for sizing. Expect to pay a nominal fee (around $5-$10) for this service. Do not attempt to size your own watch as it is easy to damage or scratch the watch and bracelet.

Please note: Once you have your watch sized, you may not return it for a refund or exchange because the watch can no longer be considered new.
Do you collect sales tax?
We only collect sales tax on orders delivered in New York State (8.375%).
