#1 Can I have this design but in another kind of plate?

Yes it’s possible, the majority of our design can fit on almost any kind of plates. We have in inventory 99% of all plates models on the market. Screws are always included and hand painted to match the design.

#2 Can you make a plate with my own picture ?

Yes, It’s easy....... Send us by email your picture to maciher@videotron.ca You will receive by email a sample. If you agree with the result, we will send you an unique and exclusive "Buy It Now" listing number. Screws are included and hand painted to match the design. Your plate can also be personalized for free with a short text.

#3 Do you combine shipping?

Yes we can do it, but you must ask for invoice with combined shipping charge BEFORE sending payment, combined shipping charge is not an automatic process. This deal is only for U.S.A. & Canada.

#4 When can I expect my order will be send?

After your payment is received, your purchase will be shipped within 4 business days (Monday to Friday) by air mail, all our plates are custom made, only for drying process we need 2 full business days.

#5 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but outside of USA and Canada first ask for a Shipping and handling charge quote.

#6 Your plates are made in which material ?

Our plates are durable, reliable.They are made in a thick plastic, Leviton USA brand.

#7 What is your return policy?

E-mail first with your request, return your plate within 10 days of receipt and I will Refund your purchase price (only with paypal). Sorry, shipping and handling cost will not be refunded.
