In an effort to create loyal customers we will strive to provide the best value and quality products on every purchase you make. If you are not satisfied with anything you purchase from us, please return it within 3 business days of receiving it. Please see our return policy for full instructions.
Shipping Policy
Tacklemania.net processes all orders the same business day payment is received. Marine Electronics orders will be shipped the same business day if payment is received before 2pm EST. Fishing Tackle orders normally ship 2-3 business days after payment is received. We reserve the right to ship using either DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Priority Mail. We will provide tracking information upon your request. Tacklemania has no control over deliveries after they leave the distribution center.
Product Warranties
Each item purchased comes with the full Manufacturers Warranty. Tacklemania.net makes no express or implied warranties on any product sold. Warranty claims should be filed with the manufacturer per their warranty statement supplied with the product at the time of purchase. Tacklemania.net will assume no responsibility for Indirect, Incidental, or Consequential Damages, or Loss of Revenue, Profits arising in connection with any product sold.
Exchange and Returns
Products purchased from Tacklemania.net are new in the box unless clearly marked otherwise. We offer the following return policy on all items EXCEPT FOR SOFTWARE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE MAY SOFTWARE BE RETURNED, This includeds but is not limited to data cards, charts, or any other product that information is downloaded into a fixed or handheld device.

Returns
If after receiving an item you decide you must return it please contact us within 3 days and request an RMA number. Return items MUST be in unopened original box. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Sorry but SOFTWARE items may NOT be returned for any reason, this includes any item that has data that is downloded into fixed or hanheld devices.
Please contact us at super3215@windstream.net to receive an RMA and return instructions. Return items must be in original unopened packaging with all components and manuals.
When the item is received by our warehouse and determined to be in resale condition we will refund your credit card account or if paid by money order we will credit your Paypal account.
Payment for products
The easiest and fastest method of payment is with credit card, however we do accept money orders and Echecks. Payments made with credit card will be processed when we receive notification of payment. Orders paid with money orders will be processed when we receive the money order. Orders paid with Echecks will be processed when the check clears, usually 4-5 business days.
