All domestic packages shipped with Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Upgraded services always available.

International
International packages under 4 pounds sent via USPS 1st Class Mail unless otherwise requested. Heavier international packages must be sent using USPS Priority or Express or Fedex. USPS Priority & Express and Fedex shipping are always an option for any package to any country. Please contact us for a shipping quote! Please note: Fedex and USPS Express Mail are the only international shipping services with true tracking numbers.

Packages going to ITALY, MEXICO, TURKEY and CHINA via USPS 1st Class Mail are often stolen or delayed! For this reason, we STRONGLY recommend Fedex or USPS Express to those 4 countries. If you do choose the 1st Class Mail option, your package will have NO TRACKING INFORMATION and you will be releasing Tenacious Toys from any obligation, financial or otherwise, should your package not arrive.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to return your items for a refund or exchange. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your package.
You may send the item back to us at the above address at your own expense.

NOTE: Some of our rare vinyl toys cannot be exchanged due to the fact that they are produced in limited runs. We will notify you if this is the case and we will try to work out a fair solution.

We always ship items in mint condition and pack our items well. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
