Item was stated as tested and in working condition. This was impossible as it was missing a critical component. My kitchen was in a serious bind after the several day delay just to accept the offer and then waiting a week to actually ship the item. When the item finally showed up it was not functional. I called a technician to look at it, as I very badly needed the equipment. We found it needed a part, they could have it to me in days but The seller took weeks & didn't pay for the technician.
