I am so sorry for your experience. I was told myself that this was authentic. I packed it well protected and apologize for USPS being careless. Had you informed me of this I would have given you a full refund and never ask for a return. My store has been in operation for over 20 years with a perfect score. This kind of feedback is damaging. Again in the future please try a resolution prior to leaving a negative response. I am all about customer service and would have gladly taken care of this❣️
