SHIPPING: We ship all over the world with our albums and CDS and such, but the price listed for shipping on the electronics items is for the contiguous USA only, PR, HA, AK and APO, FPO etc. all must check for shipping prices by emailing us at mailto:emikoo@comcast.net. Shipping is done by the best method, usually UPS Ground or FEDEX ground for these items, unless arrangements are made with you before hand.
We ship after payment, no C.O.D’s, no unconfirmed addresses (please use your
Paypal confirmed address or contact us before we ship). Not responsible for unconfirmed addresses without prior commitment by us.
We ship as quick as possibly usually within 48 hours of full payment. If you would like the tracking number sent, let us know and no problem, however in the interest of time, we spend most of our time filling your order rather than emailing you. If we do not send it, it is still on file anytime it is needed by your or us.. You will have to sign for the shipment to protect both of us.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS AND PICTURES: We are not responsible for typographic errors. We attempt to be as accurate as possible in posting product descriptions and specifications. We post descriptions and specifications provided by the manufacturer. If you need detailed and accurate specifications, we advise you to visit the manufacturer's websites before buying. If there is a discrepancy between specifications, the manufacturer's specification of that particular model shall prevail.
Oft times we will take our own pictures unless items are in sealed boxes, then we try to use manufacturer pix. We generally take pictures of the product, with an open box, or if it is used (which we will of course note).
WARRANTY: Warranties are generally included in the box from manufacturer, so please read and comply with their instructions. On used items, there are no warranties, AS-IS Where-Is will be listed on the item.
RETURN POLICY: All Sales are Final. That said, we do not want to stick you with something that is not what you ordered (although we do expect and take for granted that you did due diligence before ordering). Please email us in advance for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. State your reason for the return in the email, and when it is worked out with us, we will send you the RA#.. We will not accept returns without that number. You are responsible for freight back to us. All returns must be in original condition and complete with proper packaging and all accessories included. Any missing part or accessories will be deducted and 15% charged for us having to replace them back in stock with item. Shipping freight is not refundable.

LOSS OR DAMAGE: Please note any problems with item or shipping immediately within 7 days and notify the carrier for reimbursement. We have the records of insurance, freight billilng numbers and so on if you need it. All our shipments are securely packed and insured, so the carrier, not us, is responsible for reimbursement, so act quickly.
LASTLY FEEDBACK: In this internet world, we all live on feedback for our reputations, ours is pretty good 99.3 last we looked after 4 years of shipping Vintage vinyl and CDS one by one to over 15,000 customers, who did or did not leave feedback, so we think this new venture into ELECTRONIC GOODS (especially turntables since we specialize in vinyl) is a natural move for us and we hope you, so let us and Ebay know how we are doing, we will do the same for you.
