| Q:Are these Mac Compatible |

| A:We have a Mac Version available for each product. Please send us a message and let us know you will need one before you order. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:Please notify us of any problems with your purchase. Upon receipt of your returned defective item, we will gladly replace it with a new one. If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:We ship via US Postal Service First Class Mail. Normal delivery time from the date we ship is about seven to ten days. We try to ship within one day of the first business day that we receive your cleared payment. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
|
| A:For US shipping, we charge $4.50 unless stated FREE shipping. For foreign shipping, we have to do special handling and fill out customs forms at the post office, because of that we charge $5.50 for USPS International first class mail to most countries. This includes about $2.00 for handling. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes,usually within 1 to 2 days, and to most countries. |
| Q:How do Digital Backgrounds work? |
|
| A:Most people shoot using a green screen or any solid background with enough contrast to separate the subject from the background. Then you select and move your subject onto the new background. We do include basic instructions with all of our Digital products. |
| Q:Do you offer resale rights with any of your items? |
|
| A:They cannot be resold as they are without a subject placed in front of them. They were designed to be used as backgrounds for various advertising or portraits in which you would place a subject in front of a background adding optional borders or frames for either your own personal use or for professional client products. |
| Q:What type of software do you have to have to work with the Digital Backgrounds ? |
|
| A:Any Image Editing program that uses layers. We recommend Photoshop 6.0 or newer. There is Corel Paint Shop Pro and there is also a FREE photo editing program at gimp.org. |
| Q:Can you change the size of the Templates? |
|
| A:You can change the size of any template with little or no image distortion to the template. Just change the template size first before you drag your photos into the templates so they don't get distorted. |
| Q:Can you edit the text year ? |
|
| A:Text layers with the "year" on them have not been rasterized . So you can easily update them from year to year. Because they have not been rasterized, some fonts will not be available to you which in that case you will be prompted to choose your own font. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping on more than one order? |
|
| A:We will combine multiple orders. When we have people buying multiple items, we tell them to wait to pay until they know they are done, then we combine all and send a new invoice for the adjusted shipping. |
