Combined shipping is available for payments made in one invoice (one payment through paypal). Wait for me to send you an invoice (within an hour or so depending on what time of day you make your selection) and I can reduce shipping.

If there is an issue with your order ( other than finding it less expensive somewhere else) E-MAIL me before leaving feedback. If I made an error or there is something wrong with your purchase I cannot fix something that I'm not made aware of.
COMMUNICATION is everything here on eBay and the lines of communication must be kept open to ensure a pleasant trading environment. Please think to yourself, "How would I want someone to handle an issue if I was the one who made the error?" I guarantee that an email as a courtesy would be appreciated so that any issues can be resolved and I would appreciate that as well. One of the first questions Paypal or eBay will ask you BEFORE opening a dispute is: "Did you contact the seller?"

- Do I accept returns?
I don't accept returns since I sell makeup and skincare and check that all items are new before shipping. If you do not ask questions about the item, ie: expiration date, color and so on, I can not be responsible and I will not refund or accept the item back.
I do accept returns if, the item sent was the WRONG item (not the item you ordered or that was pictured) or if it's unuseable. I will not accept returns on items ordered by mistake.
Please do not hold me responsible for you not knowing what you're purchasing. All questions should be asked before purchasing an item to ensure that it is the item you "think" it is.
Pictures are always included with my listing so what you see is what you're getting.
(PLEASE keep in mind that computer images are not always accurate and do not always depict the EXACT shade as it will look in person).
I would recommend against "trying" new colors and shades that you buy on the internet. We can't be held responsible if it's the wrong shade for you nor should we be.
- When do you ship out packages?
I ship packages out 2-3 times a week. Items ship within 3-4 BUSINESS Days. (business days are M-F. excludes Sat & Sun)
- What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal only as eBay no longer allows money orders or paper payments.
- How long do I have to pay?
I expect payment within 8 days if paying through paypal.
If you can't pay within that timeframe or you're having an issue paying, please contact me. I'm very flexible and understanding as long as I am informed.
- What if I can't pay within the timeframe set forth?
If you are having difficulties or need more time PLEASE contact me. Communication is everything and I completely understand that things happen and that times get tough but contact me so I know what's going on.
- How long will it be before my item(s) is shipped?
I ship out 2-3 days a week, usually the beginning of the week, middle and towards the end of the work week. Please note that Domestic Handling time could be up to 3 business days. Almost all items are shipped First Class or Priority and all are shipped with Delivery Confirmations which are scanned when the item is delivered (not a Tracking Number). In some cases the item(s) will be mailed Parcel Post if it’s a heavier package.

- How long will it take for my package/item to be delivered?
I cannot give delivery quotes but you will receive an email from paypal with your shipping information the date that the item(s) ship out.
- How will I know if and when my item(s) ships out?
I use Paypal shipping Services which automatically generate an email with shipping date and Delivery Confirmation information which is sent to each buyer. If the email registered with Ebay and Paypal is valid, you will receive an email. I don't email each of my buyers with updates on their orders unless there is an unusual or unexpected delay.
- How much is Shipping for multiple items?
Shipping and handling is explained in most listings at the bottom of the page under the "Shipping" section. Shipping and handling discounts apply to purchases of more than 1 item paid in ONE (1) invoice through PayPal. The discount is as follows: Full price for the highest shipping amount & $1.50 deducted from the Shipping and handling of each additional item. If you purchase several items and pay for each separately I cannot reduce shipping once payment is made. Please wait and I can send an invoice.
When multiple items are paid for larger orders shipping is GREATLY reduced.
- Can you reduce Shipping and handling?
I quote the highest shipping amount plus $1.50 off of the shipping of each additional item purchased but many times the shipping is much less for larger orders. The more you buy, the MORE YOU SAVE :o)
- The Picture on the listing doesn't look the same, why?
I've received emails in the past stating that pictures are incorrect or that a shade looks different than they remember it. I take the majority of my pictures. On my computer, they look great, on another person's monitor (depending on age, pixilation, and quality) the picture/ color looks completely different. I've noticed that with my flat screen that I can have it tilted a certain way which distorts image colors. But rest assured, the picture in the listing is the picture of what is described.
- Are you a Mary Kay Consultant?
No, I'm not a Mary Kay Consultant. I purchase from retiring or retired consultants and consignors here on ebay.
- What if an item is damaged/ Lost in transit?
I check all items prior to shipping them out. If an item gets damaged OR Lost in USPS transit and insurance wasn't purchased I cannot replace it or refund the money for the item. I highly recommend insurance be purchased to protect your purchase.
- Can you delete the transaction? EXAMPLE: I "purchased' an item using the "Buy it Now" option and I changed my mind, I don't want it or I made a mistake.
When a buyer uses the "Buy it Now" option, the seller immediately gets charged a final value fee for each item regardless of whether or not the item is paid for. If you made a mistake or changed your mind and don't want to purchase an item (I cannot do this for multiple items) I can open a "MUTUAL WITHDRAWAL" which does not adversely effect your account.
