- Winning bidder is to pay within ten days of the end of auction or the item will be re-listed and an unpaid item dispute will be filed.
- Washington residents are required to pay sales tax.
We accept returns within 14 days on items that are returned in new condition and in original sealed packaging.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) form is required for all returns. Items that are shipped back to us that do not have this form included will not be processed until the form is submitted.
To get your RMA form, please send us a message through eBay here.
- Please include your name, address, city, state, zip code and the reason for your return.
- We will acknowledge your message and send you your RMA form within 1 business day.
Refund will be calculated on price of item minus a 15% restocking fee on all items unless the item is defective in which case defective merchandise claims will need to be submitted directly to the manufacturer of that product.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We promise to provide great customer service and want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you encounter an issue please contact us before leaving feedback. We ask that give us every opportunity to resolve the issue and make it right for you prior to leaving feedback. Please do not punish us for Postal delays as once it's in the Postal Service possession it is beyond our control in delivery time and/or custom processing.
If you have a product issue please do not use feedback as a product review as we are the distributor not the maker and we will be happy to provide you with the Manufacturer contact information so that they can address your concerns about their manufacturing.
