A) Do you combine shipping?

We do offer shipping discounts already in all our items for additional items, we do offer shipping discounts for multiple items and to get them you can buy and then request an invoice with adjusted shipping amount but we need to reply to your request before you purchase multiple items, please do not assume that you will get a discount just by buying without asking first.

B) How Can I get the shipping cost to my address?

In every product page, below the product picture there is a tab for payments we accept and shipping cost that you can calculate for one or multiple items, for extra discounts please read question A.

C) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship worldwide but we have some restrictions for South America, Asia, Africa and certain East Europe countries. We do not ship any items that weight more than 2.4 lbs ( 1 kg ) to restricted countries.

D) How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All orders are process within 2 business day or after payment clears our account, no exceptions. USA orders may take from 5 to 9 business days depending on size and weight. International take between 12 and 21 days depending on country, size and weight. We are not responsible for customs process delays or returns.

E) What type of payments do you accept?

We accept paypal and credit cards can also be used via paypal. Some accounts accept eChecks and do take a few days to clear.

F) What shipping methods do you use?

We use USPS mainly, also UPS regular mail.

G) Are your items new? Yes, all items are new and unopened.

H) Can you recommend or comment about the health benefits of an product you sell in your store? No, we cannot recommend or comment on any health effect, please consult your nutritionist or health care professional as we are unable to help in this matters, we are only the sellers.

I) Do you offer volume discounts? We offer shipping discounts, product discounts are very rare, but we have 5% to 10% in many of our items every day.
