I call my store the Old Fashioned Way because I believe in Old Fashioned Values, including Customer Service.  The prints I sell reflect my personal beliefs, and what I wish the world still was.  

I sell mostly old prints, and copies of old prints , many that I have collected for years and some that I pick up different places, including other people who deal in art prints. 

All but very few of the prints I offer are prints I personally love and would frame and use in my own home.  I also realize that not everyone who buys from me will like what they buy. This is why I offer all money back including shipping, for any reason.  I want my customers to feel good about their purchases.

I welcome all offers! I have heard from people that they feel uncomfortable making offers because they are afraid of offending sellers. That's why the option is there.  If I think the offer is too little for that particular print, I will either make a counter offer, or say no. I will never be offended. If you want to contact me first to discuss it, I welcome hearing from you.

Most people buying and selling on eBay are great people. There are some who are unhappy people who use eBay as a way inflict pain on others. When I write in the auction that I will return money for unhappy customers and the buyer still leaves bad feedback without even contacting me, there is nothing I can do.?
