All the products we sell carry a manufacture warranty. If there is a problem due to manufacture defects it will be replaced by the manufacture. We will be happy to assist you. If you want a no questions ask return policy, it is offered though Paypal for a small fee, but must be purchased at the time you pay for the product. We sell at a low mark up, and on many items we pay the shipping.
Just for laughs I will give you a few examples of reasons we have been asked, or should I say told we have to take back items and offer a full refund losing Ebay fees and shipping costs.
1. I decided I didn't like camping.
2. My daughter didn't tell me it came until it was too late, now I don't need it.
3. I don't like the color red. ( that was one of the colors in the lining of a sleeping bag)
4. I needed it in 3 days and UPS took 5 days to deliver.
5. This is a good one. I really like your product it worked well, but our camping trip is over and I don't need it anymore. What are we a rental company?
6. Here's your sign. I tied my dog to the tent and another dog came by. My dog took of chasing him, dragging the tent through the flat and tore it. HELLO!!
7. Most common I didn't read the auction.
8. The latest I didn't realize 4.4 lbs was heavier than I wanted.
These people were offered a refund less shipping, Ebay and Paypal fees and they went ballistic on me. These are just a few of the dozens of returns. On the other hand most customers are absolutely GREAT!!!
We don't force people to buy, we don't even hard sell. The problem is, the loss of one sell takes the profit of the next two. I do not believe in passing on the costs of bad customers to good ones. That is not the way to reward good customers. With all this said, we are still willing to work with our customers. We just won't pay for other people's mistakes any longer.
