Shipping Rates
All orders ship within three (3) business days upon receipt of cleared payment, unless your order was placed and payment received after 3:00 PM EDT, in which case handling time doesn't start until the next Tuesday as we are closed Sunday and Monday.
If placing an order to be shipped internationally, we highly recommend you choose something with insurance and tracking, especially for international buyers.
As delivery times can vary based on location, shipping method and courier, we kindly ask that you please be patient. This is especially true for international orders as delivery to some locations can take upwards of 30 days.
For international orders, we fill out all customs forms truthfully and accurately. No exceptions. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Options
USPS First Class: $2.50; Combined shipping is $0.50 for each additional auction/item.
USPS Priority Mail:Starts at $5.99; Combined shipping is $0.50 for each additional auction/item. Includes tracking.
The above rates are for small items only (i.e. Magic single cards, Mini's, etc.). Other options are available upon request. Insurance is likewise available upon request, though highly recommended.
Books & DVD's:
$3.00; Combined shipping is $0.50 for each additional auction/item.
Magic the Gathering Cards (Singles & 4-Card Playsets): $2.50; Combined shipping is $0.50 for each additional auction/item.
All other items:
Shipping is based upon weight and destination. Please e-mail us at ebay@tjcollect.com for a shipping quote. Insurance is optional, though highly recommend for all items. Especially if your item is expensive.
International Shipping Rates and Options
USPS First Class International: $3.99; Combined shipping is $0.50 for each additional auction/item.
USPS Global Priroity: Starts at $14.99; Combined shipping is $0.50 for each additional auction/item.
USPS Global Express:Starts at $29.99. We charge exact shipping for Express. There is no additional auction or item charge. Includes tracking and insurance (recommended).
The above rates are for smaller items only (i.e. Magic single cards, Mini's, etc.).
All Other Items:
Shipping is based upon weight and destination. Please email us at ebay@tjcollect.com for a shipping quote.
We will NOT ship to the following countries, no exceptions:
1. Russian Federation;
2. South Africa;
3. Most South American countries.
Shipping to the following countries requires tracking and insurance on all items valued at $50.00 or over, NO exceptions:
1. Mexico
2. France
3. Italy
4. Israel
5. Brazil
This policy change is in place to protect both us (seller) and you (the buyer) from theft or loss. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Return Policy
We have a full return policy. All returns must be made within 14 days (domestic) and 30 days (international) of the original ship date and can be made for any reason either for exchange or refund. Shipping for all optional returns is at the buyers expense. We will only reimburse return shipping if we are, beyond any reasonable doubt, at fault. We highly recommend insurance and tracking as we are not responsible for anything we do not receive. Please be sure to e-mail us prior to shipping and include in the package your name, address, e-mail and/or telephone number, reason for return and what you would like to do (exchange or refund).
Please be aware there is a restocking fee of 10% of the final purchase price - minimum $1.00 - assessed on all returns. This restocking fee is waived if we are, beyond any reasonable doubt, clearly at fault.
Finally, if you ever have an issue with an order please contact us as soon as possible and we will happily work with you to fix whatever the issue may be!
Payment Options:
Due to Ebay changing their policies we can no longer accept Personal Checks or Money Orders. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is out of our hands. All payments must be made through Pay Pal.
