• We ask all our buyers to allow us 1-2 business days handling time on all packages.
• Most orders are processed and shipped out the same or following business day from receipt of payment.
• As per eBay policy, we will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses.
• We process orders and ship items on business days only. We do NOT ship items on weekends or any major holidays.
• Please make sure the ship to address you input during check out is correct. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
• We recommend all our buyers to purchase "Signature Confirmation" if you do not own a mailbox big enough to fit boxes. This is to avoid USPS from leaving your packages at your door step.

Return Policy:

• You will have up to 14 days after receiving your package to exchange/return a product.
• In the event that a product arrives defective or incorrect (on our behalf), please notify us within 14 days to make an exchange or return.
• If you would like to exchange a product for any reason other than the product being incorrect or defective, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
• You will not be refunded for initial or return shipping charges.
• All products returned must be in original condition in its original packaging. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
• To ensure a prompt and hassle free transaction, please do contact us before returning an item. We will give you proper instructions to complete the return/exchange transaction.
