Payment is required within 7 days or a non paying bidder notice will be issued. If you would like to pay via chq please make it payable to TLC Favours.

I retain proof of postage on EVERY item sent, and can provide this for you to make a claim through Royal Mail should the parcel not arrive. Royal Mail DO NOT class a parcel/letter to be missing/lost until the 15th day for UK items and 23 days for international Items (from postage date not ordering date).

I do understand the frustration of an item not arriving BUT I cannot be held responsible for each item once posted. I do not send duplicate orders or make refunds for items not received.
