Money orders receive priority attention. If you send a money order (postal money orders are preferred), I make every effort to ship within two or three days. Please note, all packages are held approximately two (2) weeks from the date of deposit on personal checks. Payment will be deposited promptly under normal circumstances, i.e. holidays, etc.

I ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, which is my option. I will, however, try to ship your package the most economical way.

I automatically insure anything over $50. Anything under $50.00, I do not insure and will only do so at your request.

If you specifically request that I do not insure a package, please remember that by doing so, you accept risk of loss or damage.

In case a package arrives damaged, notify me immediately and be sure to save all the original packing materials or you run the risk of voiding any potential claim. These are not my rules but those of the post office and UPS. If you do not comply, this will be your loss and I reserve the right to not be involved in any insurance claim. NOTE ON PACKING: I TAKE A LOT OF EFFORT TO MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM ARRIVES SAFELY AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. I USE STURDY BOXES - ALMOST ALWAYS BRAND NEW AS WELL AS NEW BUBBLE WRAP AND PEANUTS. I MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS PACKED AS SECURELY AS POSSIBLE WHICH OFTEN TAKES A GREAT DEAL OF MY TIME. THEREFORE, I DO ADD A SMALL CHARGE FOR THE PACKING MATERIALS IN THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE.

PAYMENT:

I accept checks and money orders (as noted above, postal money orders preferred). Cash may be sent at your own risk. If you choose to send cash, for your own assurance you should use delivery confirmation.

Payment must be made within ten (10) days of the close of the auction unless prior arrangements are made.

If not, I reserve the right to void the transaction at my option. If payment is not made within this time frame, you may receive a Non-Paying Bidder Alert.

RETURNS:

In the event of a problem, I must be notified via email or phone immediately upon receipt. Any approved return must be sent within three (3) days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition and the package must be sent via the same carrier with insurance. If I ship it 2-3 day priority mail, please do not return it via UPS so it takes 8 days or regular mail. Unless you comply, the package will be refused and your payment will not be refunded.

Any refunds will be less shipping (and insurance) both ways. I do not deduct ebay fees which is contrary to their policy.
