SHIPPING & HANDLING
Each listing includes a shipping calculator for the buyer’s convenience. We do not consider the shipping & handling process as a profit center. We weigh the piece with estimated packaging material and enter this weight into our E-Bay listing. Our hope is to get as close as possible to the actual weigh once packed. The shipping amount displayed for larger/heavier items is an estimate. These items require special attention; therefore the prices of S&H will be determined after the sell. This will be indicated in the listing were this applies.
v Buyer pays for all shipping, handling and insurance.
v WE SHIP WITHIN TWO DAYS OF PAYMENT CLEARING. Exceptions are made in case of holidays, seller’s vacation days or illness. Shipment can be delayed upon request from the buyer.
v WE ARE HAPPY TO COMBINE ITEMS PURCHASED TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COST.
We charge a small fee for the packaging material, delivery to the local post office and international document completion.
v Our fee is $2.25 for USA customers and $4.00 for International customers.
Insurance is required on all shipments. Tresorfinders purchases insurance through the carrier and/or a third party carrier. We take the responsibility of filing the claim on behalf of our buyers. In case of USPS, the seller will complete the claim paperwork. Once received the buyer must take the entire package to their local post office. If we choose to work with a third party insurance company, we will file the claim, and the insurance company will contact the buyer for viewing of the damage item. Buyer must wait 45 days on lost items before requesting a claim be filed. Reimbursement for loss and damage is between the buyer and the insurance company. Tresorfinders cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items.
