Item as described: We do our best to accurately describe the items we sell. We currently employ over 25 people and at least half of these employees are full time product testers who do there best to accurately describe and photograph every item we sell. Please review our feedback to see our overall customer satisfaction rate.
Communication: We answer every email within a 24 hour period Monday-Friday and do our best to answer any emails sent over the weekend as quickly as possible. We send the following emails to every customer.
Winning Bidder Notification: Sent immediately after you win an item. If you when more than one item this order is updated automatically to reflect the 25% combined shipping discount.
Checkout Completed Notification: Sent immediately after the checkout is completed so there is no question that all of your information was submitted successfully.
Payment Received Notification: Sent immediately after your payment is received. This is especially important to customers who mail in there payments or for those who use paypal echecks which take several business days to clear.
Item Shipped Notification: Sent out immediately after your item(s) ship. This email contains the carrier and tracking information.
Shipping Time: We strive to ship out all orders within 48 hours of payment being received.
Shipping and Handling Charges: We do not overly inflate shipping charges like other sellers on eBay. We have extremely fair prices based on UPS ground rates. We do have a staff of over 10 people in our shipping department and we work hard to be as efficient as possible to keep shipping costs down for our customers. We also strive to use all green friendly packaging materials which were developed in our warehouse. Instead of peanuts and styrofoam we shred recycled cardboard in specially developed machines right in house.
