RETURNS

Most orders qualify for return within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling fees. Products returned must be in its original condition and include original packing, as well as, all cables, screen protectors, adapters, etc originally included with the item. Open software, movies, games, and one-time use items such as screen protectors are not eligible for return. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.

WARRANTY

All aftermarket, non-OEM products, except batteries, qualify under our 1-year limited warranty policy. The 1-year warranty offered by Talkie Tech applies to non-OEM products that fail to function as advertised due to a manufacturers defect in workmanship or construction. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents that arise from operating the product outside the intended uses. Talkie Tech takes no responsibility for damages caused by misuse or general use of our products.
