RETURN POLICY~ I do accept returns on less fragile items under these terms: Returns accepted for an error or omission on my part exclusively (excludes any damage that may occur after leaving my care, such as glued items coming loose, bead strands coming loose..., most my items are vintage /antique, expect aging of the materials~I will be glad to add insurance to the shipping cost of the item upon request). The bidder/buyer is solely responsible for carefully looking at any photos, reading any listing details, checking any measurements & asking any questions~ Returned items must be in the EXACT same condition & as carefully packed as when shipped by me. I reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee & block the buyer/bidder if I feel the return was due to buyer remorse or a frivolous purchase ~Thank you |
