• Payments, other than Paypal  MUST be received within 10 days of Purchase or Close of Auction
• Failure to comply to payment policy, will result in the re-listing of the item(s) purchased. Ebay will be notified of buyer’s failure to pay and communicate, and negative feedback will be given.

SALES TAX

• CA Resident State Tax  7.75%

 SHIPPING/DELIVERY

• Most items ship within 48 hours from receipt of payment.
• Payments received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will ship out no later than the following Tuesday.
• Primary Shipper is United Parcel Service (UPS)
• UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Therefore, a street address MUST be provided for merchandise weighing more than 2 pounds.
• U.S. Postal Service is only used for lightweight merchandise
• ALL shipments are tracked by Delivery Confirmation
• Tracking #’s are automatically provided to the buyer via email from the designated shipping agency (UPS.COM & USPS.COM).

COMBINED SHIPPING

• To qualify for a combined shipping discount, allow us to invoice you before making your payment.
• Contact us when you’ve completed shopping and request a final invoice. We will forward you an invoice reflecting a combined shipping discount from which to pay.
•  If you proceed to checkout and complete payments on multiple items before we invoice for you, each transaction will be treated as such and credits or discounts for combined shipping will not be honored or refunded .
• Combined shipping is valid only for items purchased within 3 days of the first item purchased, and MUST be on the same invoice.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

• Shipping options  to Canada, include UPS Standard (4-7 business days), UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days) and UPS Worldwide Express (1-2 business days).  Email us for shipping quotes, based on your preference.
•  All other international orders please email us for details and shipping quotes.. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, Tea at Tiffany’s is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment.
• International orders (excluding Canada) allow a 4-day processing period before purchases are shipped.
•  Paypal is the ONLY form of payment accepted for International shipments.

INSURANCE/CLAIMS

• We inspect all merchandise for damage and completeness before shipping. We pack merchandise securely using the appropriate materials to ensure the safest travel for your purchases.
• UPS automatically insures packages for up to $200 in value
• Purchases totaling more than $200, Buyers will be REQUIRED to purchase additional insurance.
• Insurance for U.S. Postal Service Shipments is OPTIONAL, however, should buyer opt to forego insurance, buyer has no recourse should items arrive damaged.
• Insurance is highly recommended for breakables and large and expensive purchases.
• Claims for  insured merchandise damaged during transit via UPS, Buyer must contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods.
• Claims for packages insured via U.S.Post, Buyer must visit their local post office with merchandise in its original packaging and shipping carton to make a damage claim.

RETURNS

·        We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our merchandise.    However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you MUST contact us first before a return can be processed and accepted.

 No returns on merchandise won at auction

·        Buy-it-now and Fixed-Price Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt with prior approval.

 Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

·        A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns

·        Merchandise must be in its original packaging; unopened if sealed; and returned in the condition it was sent.

·        Buyer is fully responsible for shipping charges on returns

·        Buyers are REQUIRED to insure merchandise on returns.

·        If buyer neglects to insure returns, and merchandise is damaged in transit, buyer will forfeit any refund.

·        Upon receipt of returned merchandise in acceptable condition, Tea at Tiffany’s will process refunds within 3 days of receipt.

·        Amount of refund will be the cost of the item(s) returned, less a 20% restocking fee and any original shipping and handling fees.
