AVOID THIS SELLER. I purchased a towel bar from them, and they cancelled the order, claiming it was out of stock/damages, then turned around and relisted the item for a higher price. DISHONEST AND FALSE ADVERTISING.

Hello,Unfortunately, this item was mistakenly listed for only 5 dollars with free shipping. The cost to ship this item alone is over 3x that amount. We are sorry we had to cancel the order, but we could not afford to sell and ship a towel bar for 5 dollars. When we went to cancel the order, eBay did not provide a reason that relates to pricing discrepancy, so we had to just pick a random reason. We are sorry you are upset that we had to cancel your order and hope you reconsider your review.
