Q:Can you provide more information regarding your items?

A:Sure! Just email us at customerservice@technookstore.com and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Q:Can I cancel my order?

A:If your item has not been processed by our distributor or shipped out, you may cancel your purchase, but our distributor charges us a 15% restocking fee and unfortunately, we must pass this fee onto you.

 

Q:I live nearby - can I pick up my item?

A:Sorry, our distributors do not have storefronts and we are unable to arrange pick-ups.

 

Q:Do you offer combined shipping?

A:Unfortunately, because we have so many distributors, it is unlikely that two items you select will come from the same warehouse. Therefore, we are not able to combine shipping. However, if you would like to purchase two or more items, just contact us at customerservice@technookstore.com and we will let you know what special offer we can make you.

 

Q:Will you provide a tracking number?

A:Sure, we can provide you with a tracking number upon request.

 

Q:What shipping service do you use?

A:We typically use either USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

 

Q:Can I send my item as a gift?

A:Of course you can! You can leave a gift message for only 99 cents and can even have the item gift wrapped for $6.99. All you have to do is let us know by emailing us at customerservice@technookstore.com what you would like before you complete the purchase process!

 

Q:What payment methods do you accept?

A:For Buy-it-Now items, we only accept PayPal.

 

Q:Will you accept an offer for a lower price?

A:It depends on the listing. Check to see if there is a "Make an Offer" button on the listing and if there is, feel free to make an offer.

 

Q:What does 'immediate payment required' mean?

A:Only a few of our Buy-it-Now items require immediate payment, which means that you must submit payment via PayPal before winning the item.

 

Q:How do I confirm that you have received my payment?

A:Your PayPal receipt serves as proof of payment, and we will notify you once we have shipped your item. You may also check your order status by emailing us at customerservice@technookstore.com

 

Q:Do you charge sales tax?

A:We charge sales tax for items shipping to Kansas, Kentucky, New York, North Dakota, Texas, and Washington

 

Q:What is your return policy?

A:Please view our complete return policy that is listed on every product page. In general, we do not allow returns. We will provide instructions to you by email if we are able to provide you a refund but we are not able to pay for return shipping. Once we receive your item back, please allow 5 business days for processing before we issue the refund.

A:It depends on what type of item you are purchasing. You can always get your item shipped to you quicker by contacting us before you pay for the item.
