We offer a 90-Day warranty on all hardware issues for our computers. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components.
Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly.
Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades.

If your problem cannot be resolved by our service department, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us through EBAY MESSAGES.
Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Amount of time laptop batteries hold charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries will hold charge, we don't guarantee the amount of time.
Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty.

• We provide 3 days to claim a refund for any computer not working properly within the first 3 days of arrival.
• Any missing parts or accessories must be claimed within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds will be issued minus $25(shipping and handling cost).
• Buyers are responsible for shipping for any malfunctioning items within warranty past the first seven days.
• RMA numbers will be issued once the item is claimed for warranty.
• Please contact us through EBAY MESSAGES regarding any concerns that you may have.
• All returns must include all original items undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging unless instructed otherwise by our customer service department.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
