We prefer payment via direct bank transfer, so please do not complete the checkout if you wish to pay via this method, contact us and we will forward you our bank details. Once funds are in our account we will dispatch the item immediately.
If paying by paypal, on high value items such as laptops, desktops, mobiles, iPods etc we impose a 4 working day payment verification process as a safety and security measure due to a high number of fraudulent transactions, so it can take upto 5 working days for your item to ship if paying via paypal. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience but the safety and security for us and the buyer is imperative.
For this reason, if you require your item urgently, please pay via bank transfer.

Returns And Warranty Information
All the products we sell are brand new factory sealed and come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties are dependent on the item buy they generally vary from between 1 and 3 years.
Receiving Your Order.
When your order arrives please keep all packaging, booklets and accessories and open it as carefully as possible in case there is a problem. Please test your new item when it arrives and make sure there are no faults or problems. If the item is a gift and to be given at a later date, we still recommend opening and testing it on receipt.

You may return an unused item within 14 days for a refund or an alternative product. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or faulty product. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error. Therefore, if you are unhappy with the product then please DO NOT USE IT. We will not accept the return of used unwanted goods for exchange or refund if they have been used. If items are returned as faulty but upon professional testing are found to be fully working they will be returned to you.

We will then issue a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on returning the item. The customer pays all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty and the original shipping cannot be refunded. The item must be repackaged exactly as you received it with all manuals, leads accessories etc. The item must be unused with no marks or damage and it must be able to be resold as new. If these criteria are not met we will return the item to you. If it is returned in A1 - new condition there will not be a problem with a refund.
