As a consumer (i.e. where you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business and you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract (other than for audio or software products which have been unsealed by you) and receive a refund from us. You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within seven working days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you. If you choose to cancel then you must return the goods to us at your cost and risk. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during the return journey. Your shipping cost will not be refunded & A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED
Unless stated all of our items come with a 30 Day warranty.
If your item does become faulty within the warranty period please contact email@example.com & state the fault,serial number and invoice number so we can arrange an RMA number for the item.
This RMA number Must be qouted on your returns paperwork.
PLEASE NOTE : The unit will initially need to be returned at your cost.
On receipt of the faulty item we will..
1) Assess the item to verify the fault.
2) Repair the item if possible and return it to you.
3) If the item can not be repaired it will be replaced on a like for like basis and returned to you.
4) If we do not have a replacement in stock then a full refund will be issued.
Process 2, 3 or 4 will include a refund of your postage back to us if a receipt is sent with the item.
This process should be completed with in 5 working days, if it is not please mail firstname.lastname@example.org who will investigate further.
