On July 26 I bought this item and on July 31 I received email from seller outside of eBay that said, "Please be advised that if your negative feedback is not removed from our profile we are no longer conducting business with you. All orders will be canceled if the feedback stays up." The seller never sent the item nor did they refund the money I paid for this item. I reported this to eBay and he never responded to my message asking for refund. On Sept 8, eBay decided the dispute in my favor.
