Q: Is this item new?

A: Yes, all my products are brand new. Although all are new, only some are plastic sealed by the manufacturer. My items are the same as if you were to purchase them from high end stores.

Q: How often do you ship?

A: We ship every day except Sundays & Holidays. If your payment is received before 2:00 PM pacific standard time, your order will be shipped the same day.

Q: Do You combine shipping charges?

A: Absolutely! combined shipping is the highest item plus 1/2 shipping for any additional items. Combined shipping applies ONLY when paid in one invoice. Once you are done shopping please request total and a combined invoice will be sent your way. Please note that there must be no more than 5 days between the first item and the last item to receive combined shipping.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

Q: When is payment due?

A: Payment is due within 7 days after auction ends. An unpaid item dispute will be filed on the 8th day if payment is not received and appropriate feedback will be left.

Q: What is FLAT RATE SHIPPING?

A: Purchase as many items as you want. So long as it fits in a 11"X 8.5" x 5.5 box, you pay only $11.99 shipping! Must be paid for in one invoice to qualify! Flat rate shipping ships priority mail w/delivery confirmation. This offer applies to US residents only!

Q: Do you ship to Canada?

A: Yes, we do ship to Canada, If auction does not state shipping cost, please email us.

Q: Do you ship to Europe?

A: Yes, we do ship to Europe. if auction does not state shipping cost, please email us.

Q: Can I insure an international package?

A: The only way you can insure an international package is for you to request it to ship EXPRESS MAIL. Express mail is a lot more expensive than shipping First Class Mail International. Please let me know if you want it shipped EXPRESS MAIL and I will send you a revised invoice to reflect the new shipping charge. PLEASE NOTE: IF ORDER IS SHIPPED FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL, SO LONG AS I PROVIDE YOU WITH A CUSTOM'S #, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY THAT MAY BE LOST OR DAMAGED DUE TO THE POST OFFICE. Q: Do you ship to a different address?

A: Due to PayPal rules and liability limitations, we only ship to Pay Pal registered address' only. THANK YOU!

Q: Can I return an item?

A: It is very important that you read the auction clearly and understand what you are purchasing. Due to the nature of the items, I do NOT accept returns UNLESS item received is not as described. If that happens, I must be notified immediately.

Q: What if my shipment was damaged through shipping?

A: Insurance is ALWAYS an option at Teri's Corner. I am NOT responsible for any damaged or lost merchandise if you decide not to insure the package.

A: To insure that you are happy with your purchase, feedback is given after feedback is received.
