If items are purchased in these areas without contacting us first we will send an invoice for the additional shipping cost before the item is processed.

Items are shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse by UPS or FedEx ground. Currently we are shipping to the USA & with some listing to Canada* only.

We ship only to physical addresses, no APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.

*Canadian Buyers please note the most of our items are sent through UPS and that UPS does charge customs & duties fees as well as "brokerage fees". These fees are the BUYERS responsibility to pay.

These UPS fees are NOT included in our shipping cost. The fees are chargeD and collected by UPS upon delivery of your item and it out of our control. We CAN NOT quote UPS customs, duties or brokerage fees.

Be sure to purchase your items in plenty of time for your event. We suggest ordering at least one month in advance for regular items and at leas 6 weeks for personalized items. We are not responsible if items are not received in time for an event.

If your needing an item quickly please contact to see if we can get the order rushed to you. Rushed orders will charged an additional fee for expedited shipping.

Canadian buyers please also note that items maybe held up by customs when entering the country, this is out of our control.

Items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment. Items that are to be personalized may take up to an additional 2 weeks for processing before shipment.

If you are purchasing several items please email me to let me know. If at all possible we will try to combine shipping and invoice you with your new discounted total.

We realize that Ebay is open 24 hours and day 7 days a week. However we are only able to process orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Any purchases made after 4 PM and on weekends and Holidays will be processed the next business day.

Items are shipped directly from the manufacturers and on rare occassions the listed item maybe "out of stock". If this should happen you will have a choice as to whether you would like a full refund or have the item placed on "back order" status and shipped once the item is back in stock.

We will strive to get your item to you as quickly as possible. Please be sure that you order your items in plenty of time for your event. When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Once you have recieved shipping confirmation please allow up to 14 business days for your shipment to arrive.

All items are packaged by the manufacturer. If you receive an item that is damaged or short please contact us and we will have the manufacturer send you a replacement or we will issue a credit.

All orders that are received damaged or short must be claimed within 14 days of receiving the merchandise in order to receive a replacement or refund.

If returning an item other then damaged or short you will be charged a 20% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your purchase price. Shipping charges are not refunded.

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item before a refund is credited. Buyer assumes cost of return shipment on these items.

Personalized items can not be returned. If there is an error in printing on our part we will replace the item or issue credit.

Buyers must contact us first before returning the items for a "return authorization number." ALL returned shipment must include a "Return Authorization Number" or it will be refused by the manufacturer and no refund will be given.
