This transmission was shipped to the shop and did not function from the first minute it was installed. The seller was quick to refund money for the transmission but did not refund my money for installation and to take the transmission back out of the vehicle. There were no miles put on the transmission it simply was a bad transmission advertised as a good one with low miles. Something should be changed with the warranty policy saying that if a transmission is bad from the start it's covered.

This was not an easy process. Shipping delays due to local issues ... delays and higher costs of installation since my mechanic miscalculated. My advice for future customers: get your mechanic involved early, make him study the provided pictures and ask the right questions! But here is my final verdict. Seller was very responsive and helpful, shipped promptly. As confirmed by the mechanic, the engine was in excellent shape and very clean. Car is running great. Happy!
