How to track your package
After receiving your payment, we will deliver your package by DHL Global Mail within 1-2 business day. DHL Global Mail officer will inform us the tracking number within 2-3 days after the delivery date. Then we will enter it into Paypal system that will automatically send an e-mail to you. Please note that this e-mail may be in your junk/spam folder. If you don't receive an email informing the tracking number within 5 days after your payment, please contact us.
There will be three kinds of tracking numbers.
1. The tracking no. end with 'de' (e.g. rf596945799de)
For tracking the status of the package, please follow this online tracking website.

[Registered Items --> Single Enquiry --> Search criterion (enter your tracking#) --> Posting/dispatch date (enter delivery date) --> Run inquiry]
You can track your package status later by using your country postal service, if the online tracking service is available.
2. The tracking no. end with 'hk' (e.g. ra901714025hk)
You can track your item online at the following website:
http://www.hongkongpost.com/eng/tracking/index.htm
The Hongkong Post has the ability to connect to the mail tracking website for many destination countries. Anyway, for destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong.
3. The tracking no. end with 'tw' (e.g. rr015782799tw)
To track the status online, please follow this link:
http://postserv.post.gov.tw/webpost/CSController?cmd=POS4009_1
You can track your package status later by using your country postal service, if the online tracking service is available.
Remark: The tracking information will appear on the website after 3-5 days of the delivery date.
