STORE POLICIES
1) We prefer payment via PayPal, which enables us to instantly process payments for orders. Customers who cannot pay within 72 hours of checkout, should send an email to the411project@gmail.com advising us of the method and date payment will be submitted (see item 2 below).
Note: We also accept Credit Card payments via PayPal or through most Major Credit Card Providers, for U.S. customers only, who do not have a PayPal account. Call us toll free at: (888) 743-5821 to make arrangements.
2) Payment is required within 72 hours (3 days) of the sale. If payment is not received by the 4th day, all rights to purchase the item may be forfeited however, we do reserve the right to extend this timeframe depending on the circumstances or reason for delay. A brief explanation in writing (via email) should be all that is necessary.
3) We do our best to ship items the same day ordered (if payment is received by 3:00 PM EST Monday - Friday) and no later than one business day, after confirmed receipt of payment. Items are shipped via several carriers, which may include USPS, UPS or Fedex and Insurance is normally optional (unless otherwise stated in listing).
Note: The New USPS rates are now in effect (01/27/13) and the increases (especially for International Shipments) were significant. To help off-set the shipping charges, we are doing all we can to keep our prices low and we encourage our customers to use our "Combined Shipping" option when ordering for the best "ALL-IN" Cost and Value.
Note: USPS First Class International mail is still the least expensive shipping option for Non U.S. customers; however, this does not always offer "real-time" online tracking. If insurance, delivery confirmation and/or "real-time" online tracking is required, please choose the appropriate option during checkout or request a revised invoice before submitting payment.
Note: If a customs form is required (APO/FPO or International shipments) it will be identified as Other Merchandise not Gift or Sample and the item value will indicate the actual value before shipping and handling.
Note: We welcome APO/FPO orders and we are honored to ship to our Men and Women in uniform, as well as the many civilians who support them. We ship these orders (at no additional cost) via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail (with delivery Confirmation) and they typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
4) Our shipping and handling charges represent the total cost of delivering an item which may include: postage, handling, tracking, packaging materials, delivery confirmation or insurance.
Note: Many listings are eligible for combined shipping, so please complete all purchases prior to making a single payment. eBay's shipping calculator should automatically combine the weights and list the available delivery options.
If you experience an error in the calculation or during the checkout process, please request a review or revised invoice before making payment.
Shipments outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states may be subject to additional up-front shipping charges and/or import/duty taxes payable after purchase.
International Customers – Please Note:
5) We do our best to write a clear and accurate description of any item(s) we list on eBay. If an item is damaged or missing an essential component, it should be noted in the listing.
6) Used items are typically offered as a final sale item with no reserve, as-is and as-described with no refunds unless otherwise stated in the listing or covered by eBay's Buyer Protection program (see eBay site for rules and conditions). If not, the purchaser may be responsible for the costs associated with shipping, handling, return shipping and/or insurance charges.
7) Warranty or support may be offered (see listing if applicable) on brand new items only and defective merchandise must be returned during the manufacturers warranty period (see listing for details) and only after obtaining an RA Number (unless item is offered as a final sale, no reserve, as-is and as-described listing).
8) All other exchange or return items must be approved by us then shipped back, within 3, 7, 14 or 30 days (see listing for details) in original condition with all original packaging and contents.
A restocking fee of 20 percent may apply and the initial cost of shipping, handling and insurance cannot be refunded unless otherwise stated in the listing or covered by eBay's Buyer Protection program (see eBay site for rules and conditions).
9) We do our best to post feedback within 24 hours of receipt of our customers' comments. If there are any questions or concerns about the item description, communication or services provided, we hope our customers will give us an opportunity to make things right before leaving a less than perfect rating.
