Shipping Cost;
To determine shipping cost, click the 'Shipping and Payments' tab near the top of the listing. It should display the Shipping Amount to your address.  If not, select your Country & Zip, then click Update.

For customers who purchase more than one item, we offer combined shipping based on the total weight of all items purchased.  Savings vary, but in general, when buying several similar items, you pay full shipping for 1st item, then remaining items ship at a  50-60% discount.

You can easily estimate the combined shippping cost of similar items by changing the quantity field of the shipping panel.  For instance, if you are interested in 3 different dolls, just type 3 in the quantity field for one of them, then click 'Get Rates'.  If you are considering many items, or very big items, be aware that 'oversize-package' charges may be triggered, thereby reducing savings some.

Upon completion of multiple purchase(s), if you are not sure how to proceed, send us an email to request total due.  We will then send you a combined invoice.  Please note that combined invoices are generated by eBay, we do not compute them manually.

Shipping Address;
To avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure you provide a valid shipping address, with correctly matched city and zip values.  If you fail to do so, we will contact you and ask you to confirm the corrected address, provided to us by USPS.  Your package will not be shipped until we receive this confirmation.

For buyers outside the United States, the shipping address must match your billing address or be a Paypal-confirmed address.

Import Duties:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up -  Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Shelf-wear:
Most of our inventory consists of new, never played-with toys. While the toys are new, the packaging is not always perfect.  Buyers should expect minor shelfwear, such as bent corners, minor creases, minor dents, minor scratches, etc...  Also, some items may have been opened for photography purposes, then carefully repacked and resealed.  However, when major damages are present, these will be noted in the item's description. 

Product Variations:
Small variations in the color, painting, presentation and packaging of a product are often introduced at the point of manufacture. Buyer understands that our product photography may not reveal such small differences, and agrees that we cannot be held responsible for them. This clause applies to unexpected paint smudges, parts that have come loose inside a bubble, and figures that are posed differently than ususal.

Batteries:
When batteries are included within a product, their freshness is not guaranteed. While batteries in newer toys are usually fine, they may need replacing if the item was released several years ago.

Aging:
Some chemical components of a product may be affected by the passage of time.  For instance, the ink in pens, the glue on stickers, the wax in crayons, even lipsticks and perfumes age naturally, and eventually become unusable.  Buyer shall not expect such components to be 'fresh' when the product is more than a year old.  Buyer is advised to check the release date of each product (see description) - when freshness is a concern. 

Returns:
Because shipping costs can often exceed the cost of the toys we sell, it does not usually make sense to return them.  Consequently, we advise our customers to decide carefully before proceeding with a purchase.  Remember, there is no rush, as the items we list are not on auction – they are store inventory items.

Still, if you decide you want to return something, you can do so for a full refund of the item's selling price, minus whatever transaction fees Paypal may deduct.  Shipping and handling costs incurred to receive the item(s) are not refundable. Return shipping costs are not included in refund either.  Refund is applied to buyer’s Paypal account upon receipt of returned item(s).

Returns are time-sensitive. You have 1 week from the time of receipt, to mail purchase back to us.  Please return it in the box it arrived in.  You do not need a reason to return your purchase, but you should let us know it is coming back, via an eBay email.

In order to get a full refund of purchase price, item(s) must arrive in unopened and undamaged packaging.  Opened or damaged items only qualify for a partial refund – or none at all if deemed unresellable.  Tardy or abusive returns will also suffer similar deductions.

Breakage Risks:
With most toys, breakage is not a worry. However, with fragile resin statues, it is a serious issue. To insure customer satisfaction, we open every resin statue and check it for breakage before shipping it.  We do not ship broken pieces.  Also, we pack them correctly. Still, there is always the possibility that damages may occur during transit - despite our careful packaging, so we recommend purchasing postal insurance.  Upon receipt, customer is advised to handle purchase with extreme care, particularly when removing it from packaging, and during setup for display.  Having taken every possible precaution against breakage, we cannot be held responsible for damages discovered on delivery, or on return to us.  Consequently, we do not issue refunds for breakage.  If this is not acceptable, please refrain from purchasing our statues.  Buyer agrees to abide by these terms.
