The Walking Ab Bridge with the Mini Sled

Attach the two cable hooks to the Allen Core Wheel axel and the third hook to the Mini Sled.  Please the desired amount of weight on the post. Kneel in front of the Allen Core Wheel and place your toes in the toe shells.  Lift yourself into the push up position.  Begin walking forward on your hand as you balance on the tire at your feet and dragging the weighted Mini Sled.

 The Belt Weight Post

This is an advanced exercise.  Be sure your core is already fit before moving to this challenging level.

Put on a standard weightlifting belt.  You can put the Weight Post on the belt before you put it on, or you can have someone else put the Weight Post on the back of your weightlifting belt for you.  Kneel in front of the Allen Core Wheel. Place your toes in the toe shells and raise yourself into the push up position. Have someone put a weight on the Weight Post. (Remember, start off with a light weight and make small increases.) Walk forward on your hands.  The extra effort required to hold your body straight will increase the difficulty of this exercise.

 The Flat Foot Plates

This accessory enables you to use the Allen Core Wheel in a whole new way.  Start by attaching the Foot Plates to the core wheel.  Sitting on the floor facing the core wheel, place your heels in the Foot Plates.  Lie back and keeping your knees bent, lift your rear off the floor.  Your weight will be on your shoulders and feet.  Keep your body as straight as possible while you bring your heels toward your rear. Slowly roll back out to the starting position and repeat.
