Although all sales are final, we have always taken care of our customers. The Arctic Trader gained its reputation with true fair trade and great customer service.

Warranty & Return Policies


  • We offer different warranty time for different product. Please check the product descriptions to find out the warranty policy for each product states. Contact us through email before returning the defective item. Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any and all circumstances. Buyer must show proof of purchase receipts.

  • Defective products will be exchanged.

  • Return items should include the original packaging and accessories.

Faulty Products or Missing Parts


  • We are happy to replace or refund faulty goods and aim to resolve any issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

  • If goods arrive defective you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to contact us. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition.

  • In case of missing parts, please notify us the same day you receive the product.

  • You agree to pay for the return shipping, however, we are happy to reimburse your postage costs on verification of the fault.

  • All sales are final, please read the descriptions carefully before you buy, or contact us if you have any question. NOTE: To protect our rights and interests, we do not accept return products because of changing mind.

Authorization


  • All returns must be authorized. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please send an email to us requesting an authorizations code. This must be clearly stated on your parcel. Please note that we cannot accept any returns that have not been issued with this number.

Feedbacks


  • As most people are aware, eBay operates on a feedback system which is crucial for establishing trust between buyers and sellers alike. We always leave positive feedback for our valued customers and hope that if you’re happy with your purchase and the service you received that you will do the same for us. To encourage our customer to communicate with us when they have any problem, feedback will be left once after we have received feedback from buyer.

  • Buyers are now also able to rate sellers in a more detailed manner using the Detailed Seller Rating tool. The DSR (Detailed Seller Rating) is a 5 star rating system for you to score your shopping experience in the following areas: Communication, Item as described, Dispatch time, Shipping and handling fees. Your rating should be left on the "Leave Feedback page" at the same time that you leave normal feedback.

  • We want you to be completely happy with your transaction and purchase. So if you do have an issue with your sale, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback so we can put the problem right for you.
