Combined Shipping Discount

• We automatically discount shipping costs for you, if you purchase of 2 or more of the same item within one order. And we would like to offer you a shipping discount if you purchase of 2 or more different items within one order. Please contact us for a discount before your payment. 

• Please NOTICE we usually ship the package out within 24 hours after your payment has cleared. So if you buy a second order after the shipment of the first order, we could not give you a shipping discount.

Postage and Packaging

• All items are checked before they are dispatched and are carefully hand-packed by our in-house team. We do our best to ship your purchase as soon as your payment has cleared. For high value products, we may require verification of address before we ship. This is done to protect the interests of you, the customer, as well as us, the seller.

Shipping Service

• 14 to 21 day air mail shipping, this can often be a lot quicker.

• We also have competitively priced UPS or DHL 3 day service...perfect for last minute gifts and must-have purchases.

Insurance

• If you choose the standard or registered air mail options we offer optional insurance which covers you in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged by the postal services.

• Parcels are automatically insured if you choose to use UPS or DHL.

• NOTICE: In line with standard courier practice, you MUST check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not, we cannot be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

• In our experience parcels rarely get stopped at your country's Customs office. But we cannot control customs! In the unlikely event of a charge or duty levied by your nation's Customs office, this is your responsibility. You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.
