 | A: Items can only be returned within 7 days of purchase in mint condition, in the original box and at your own expense. There can be no signs of wear or use. Box must be in near perfect shape.  | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: On some items we do combine shipping. Larger items like panini grills and deep fryers must go in their own boxes due to size. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: We typically ship out items within 2-3 business days from when payment is cleared. If you pay through your bank account with paypal, it can take 3-4 days to clear. On most items, we use UPS Ground which takes 5-7 business days to arrive from time of shipment. |

 | A: On most of listings there is a shipping calculator on the bottom of the page. Please enter your zip code to calculate shipping to your area. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? Will you mark it as a gift? |

 | A: Sometimes. It depends on the product. If the calculator doesn't work for your country please contact us through the ask the seller a question link on the item page. Please note, we will not mark items as gifts and we will not declare the value lower than it is. You may get charged a fee at customs which we cannot be held responsible for, sorry! |

 | A: Nearly all of our items are brand new unless otherwise stated. It will be clearly stated if an item is used. 99.9% of our items are brand new! |

 | A: We accept paypal (preferred), money order, check or credit card over the phone (1 800 989 8696). Please include item number with payment if you are sending a check or money order. All checks and money orders can be made out to Bakertowne. |

 | A: Yes, but it depends on the item. Some of our items ship from another location. Be sure to ask us before you come to make sure we do have it in this location. Please call before you come 1-800-989-8696. |

 | A: We answer every question received through 'ask the seller a question' within 24-48 hours. There are some weekends that we are not by the computer, so if you ask a question on friday evening, you may receive your response on monday. We always strive to answer questions quickly :-).
