| A:All of my auctions are guaranteed 100% satisfaction or money back.You must notify me within 24 hours after you receive the item that you wish to return it. You must return it in the origional shipping container with the tags still attached within 7 days after receipt.If there is a defect I will pay return postage if not I will not. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:I am all ways glad to combine ship any of my sales. You must purchase them within 24 hours of each other and notify me you have multiple purchases. |

| A:Generally I ship all of my auctions priority mail with delivery confirmation. That means most are received within 3-5 days from shipping date.I ship daily which usually means within 24 hours after payment received. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Most of my auctions are calculated by weight so shipping ususally depends on weight of article. All shipping charges are posted clearly on each auction before you bid please check them. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Many of my auctions are shipped internationally. They are clearly posted. Some auctions I do not ship internationally because of the high shipping charges which make it not practical for my customers. |

| A:I ship 6 days a week. Normally your auctions are shipped one day after purchase. Please check my feedback as most complement me on shipping time |

| A:Both, I am an individual that runs his ebay store from home and a small warehouse. Yet, The Bargain Den, Inc. is a corporation that has a retail sales license and a federal tax I.D. number. This allows me to purchase wholesale and pass the savings on to my customers. |
| Q:How do I know when my order is shipped? |

| A:I email each customer when their order is shipped. This automatic when I create the mailing postage. The email will contain your delivery confirmation number. |
| Q:Why do you prefer credit cards over paypal? |

| A:We are a business that has a credit card processing company that charges us less than paypal to process and order. They are just as secure as paypal. They are connected to a bank and have been in business for many years. The credit card companies protect you the same as paypal. Our checkout is safe, fast, and secure. |
