ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, your order will be processed and shipped according to schedule.
Cancellation of orders and refund requests will not be allowed.
We will only process order cancellations and payment refunds, in the event the item(s) is out of stock, or due to our inability
to ship your order within the scheduled time frame.

For International Orders, we only accept payment via Paypal.

For Local Orders (within Singapore), we accept payment via ATM or online banking funds transfer (POSB/ DBS/ UOB).
Bank details will be provided after the checkout process or via an email invoice.
You may make payment via Paypal if you so wish.

Orders require payment to be made within 3 days upon winning a bid or 'buy it now' confirmation.
Combined orders, please email us on pending bids that require more time allowance for payment.
Unpaid orders will be reported to Ebay.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide* to all countries where Paypal accepts payment transactions.

Local (within Singapore) Orders will be shipped via Normal Standard Mail, unless otherwise specified in the item listing.

International Orders will be shipped via Registered Air Mail, tracking no. provided.

We will not be held responsible for damaged or lost orders, while in transit to its destination.
Currently, insurance is made available only to orders via Express Shipping.
However, lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer,
will not be covered under insurance or The Barking Cat Store.

RETURN POLICY

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased item, simply return it to us within 14 days upon receipt for a full refund
of the "bid / buy it now" price.
All returns must arrive in their original condition & packaging, with attached tags and enclosed extras.
All shipping, handling & return postage charges are non-refundable.
