I can fill out part of the stars because we are both working within my time frame, so I have not received the item yet. The communication is extremely good. Beautiful Amethyst Geode, just as described. This 90lb it was packed very securely and arrived in perfect shape. I was surprised the FedEx delivery woman could get it off the truck, but she did!. I added two other items to the order and the seller agreed to remove their shipping cost since they would come in the same box. I recommend adding a couple small items if you get a big geode.
