Payment is expected within 7 days of the transaction end date.

I ship through my local United States post office. I DO NOT ship any other method, so please don't bid and then ask me to ship another method. I only ship 1-2 times per week. Shipping is usually on a Friday or Monday, but that isn't set in stone. ***During my busiest times, Halloween and Christmas, my shipping schedule is never the same so don't assume your package is shipping a certain day, EMAIL ME FIRST BEFORE YOU BID if you are worried about getting it on time***

Each item has a shipping AND handling fee applied IN ADDITION to the closing bid price. YOU AGREE TO PAY MY SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES WHEN YOU PURCHASE ON AN ITEM OF MINE.  Every package I ship out within the U.S. is shipped with Delivery Confirmation so that you may track the delivery of your package. I offer bidders the choice of insurance on a package at an additional cost. If the package gets lost or damaged and is NOT insured, I am not held responsible.

International shipments are sent FIRST CLASS method only and will be marked as 'merchandise' on the customs forms. Don't ask me to ship economy mail or mark a package as gift, the answer is NO.

I take pride in offering VERY detailed descriptions of each item I sell. It is important to read the description carefully before placing your bid. I am a REAL person who cares about my customers. If you have any specific questions email me BEFORE you purchase so there isn't any assumptions made. I want you to be happy with your purchase.

It is my policy to accept returned merchandise only in the event that I inadvertently miss an obvious problem/defect with the item. This is an extremely rare circumstance. If you feel that your item has a flaw that was not noted in my description of the item, please contact me within THREE days of receipt of the package, and we will work together to resolve the situation.
