INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Once an auction item has been given to the selected carrier, its delivery is out of the shipper’s control. The U.S. Post Office provides estimated delivery times. Remember these times are estimates and not guarantees. Many recent international shipments have exceeded the time estimates. The buyer should email me if the auction item has not been delivered within the maximum estimated delivery time plus seven (7) days for Airmail shipments. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. SOME COUNTRIES HAVE INSURANCE LIMITS. Be aware of the insurable limits your country will allow. Example... We cannot ship more than $500.00 USD to Germany.
CUSTOMS: Custom forms will be marked "Merchandise" and the “Value” will be stated as the eBay final selling price. We cannot make exceptions, please do not ask.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Bidders are responsible for determining if an auction item is subject to import restrictions. The buyer is responsible for any auction item confiscated by the buyer’s Custom’s agency. No refund will be given for a confiscated item!

Returns: We stand behind our products. For items received as described, a refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise.
