The Blackberry Patch has an unconditional 14 day money back policy. If an item does not meet your needs please return it for a refund less shipping and handling. A merchandise credit will be issued from 14 - 30 days, and after 30 days there will be no returns. Defective items must be returned within 14 days for an exchange.
