- NEW ZEALANDERS WELCOME! Some NZ buyers have had trouble making purchases with us. If this happens to you, just send us a note and we'll add you to the 'exception' list.
- All
cut yardage sales are final. However, on the rare occasion that we miss a
flaw or send something different than what you ordered, we will send a
replacement immediately (or issue a refund if no more of the pattern is
available). Just notify us of any problem within 14 days of your
receipt of the order.
- Washington State residents will be charged state sales tax on merchandise and shipping.
- We are more than happy to combine sales to save you shipping costs.
- Single yards of flannel and up to 2 yards of flat cottons are shipped via First Class or First Class International.
- Packages are typically shipped the business day
immediately following receipt of payment.
- Business days: Monday through Friday except holidays.
