Any New Item purchased from us comes with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will Refund your Merchandise Purchase Price (Shipping is non-refundable).  Please note that Vintage & Used items are not covered under this policy (please view item description for these items).  We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any problems and merchandise must be returned within 14 days in it's original unused condition.  All returns must have an RMA (Return Authorization number).  All of our items are inspected carefully prior to shipping and packaged securely.  With all products please be sure to view photos and read descriptions carefully prior to bidding or buying.  We are happy to answer any questions and will do so promptly.
