INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Packages outside the EU (worldwide) may take up to 28 working days for delivery so please, please be Patient, it is in the hands of the Post Service. As we ship everything promptly after payment, we must therefore rely on the Postal Service of your region to do their jobs and deliver your package quickly! If your item/s do not arrive for any reason within this time frame, please contact us immediately.

International Packages for lower value items are NOT sent by recorded mail and therefore we DO NOT provide a tracking number ~ We DO, however, keep a Royal Mail Stamped proof of postage receipt. If you wish to have your package sent by recorded mail we will gladly do so, but please note there will be an extra fee for this service ~ please email us for costs.

Buyers are responsible for any customs/Tax/Handling Charges

In the interests of Fraud prevention, we will only ship to the address listed on your ebay account, without exception Please ensure that all address details on your ebay account are correct (Specifically House Number & Post/Zip Code), as these details are used to ship your goods.

Returns Policy

Postage & Packaging costs are Non-Refundable
Buyer must bear the cost of inward & outward carriage in the event of any returns
Items must be returned in original packaging and in good condition including any free items included in the transaction
