 Q: How do I care for my jewellery
  A: Unfortunately silver jewellery is prone to tarnishing so it’s a good idea to store items in jewellery boxes or bags. This protects them and reduces oxidisation and tarnishing. Perspiration, perfume, household cleaning products and cosmetics all cause damage to silver. Always remove your jewellery before bathing, washing up or doing housework
 Q: Do you have any other charms than those listed?
  A: We have a selection of sterling silver charms which are not all listed Please feel free to contact us with any requests, we may well have what you want!
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: We combine shipping costs on all items paid for in one transaction, bought within a 7 day period
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Where possible all items will be sent in the next available post following receipt of payment. In the case of cheques, this will be once the cheque clears. All items sent within the UK should therefore arrive within 1 to 2 working days, subject to any disruptions with the royal mail. Overseas items can take anywhere between 4 to 25 days
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Postage costs can be found on each individual listing. Our usual rates are free for items posted to addresses in the uk, £3.00 to Europe and £3.50 to rest of the world. If you require a tracking number with insurance then items will need to be sent by Special delivery in the UK or International signed for/Airsure to address outside the UK
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: We are happy to ship worldwide
 Q: D all your silver items have a hallmark
  A: Not all our items have hallmarks. Silver items are exempt from hallmarking if they weigh under 7.78grams. Also in some cases hallmarks are left off as they can detract from the design of the item
 Q: Can I turn my silver charm into a phone charm
  A: Yes you can, we can put it onto a lariat that will transform it into a charm that you can hang anywhere. You have a selection of colours to choose from which are pink, lilac, light blue, dark blue, light green, dark green and red
 Q: How do I attach my charm to a bracelet
  A: Most of our charms come supplied with a jump ring(please check on individual listing) We would advise that you have them soldered on for extra security, this can be done a most jewellers. We also sell sterling silver split rings and a variety of clasps, if bought with the charm we are happy to attach them if you just drop us a line
 Q: Do you offer postal insurance
  A: We offer postal insurance to anyone who requests it, this is done in the form if special delivery. We prefer to send out orders with a value of £29 or more on special delivery. All other forms of postage, including recorded delivery, do not insure items of jewellery lost in the post!!!!!
 Q: Do all your 9ct gold items have a hallmark?
  A: Not all gold items legally need a hallmark. Any new 9ct gold item sold in the UK which weighs less than 1 gram does not legally have to be hallmarked
 Q: Do you have a returns policy
  A: Yes we do. All our items come with a 14 Day returns policy. If you are unhappy with any of your items for whatever reason, we will offer a full refund or replacement within this period. You need to contact us within this period to organise the replacement/refund.
 Q: Do you sell charms on clasps
  A: Some of our charms are fitted with trigger clasps already and some not. We do sell the clasps in our shop and if you buy them along with your charms I will be happy to fit them free of charge for you.
