Q:What is your return policy?
A:Because of the nature of the items we sell, we can not risk contamination . Therefore we ask that sellers ask questions prior to purchase as we can NOT accept returns unless the item you received is incorrect (for example you purchased citric acid but you received shea butter).
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, we try to combine shipping on all orders to save customers money. Some times we can not. Two examples: If you buy 110 pounds of wax (2 55 pound items) , it's best to ship them separately- it will be less expensive. Or, two, if we have a special that is prepackaged we can not combine. See the item descriptions for more information.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Most of the items we sell are in stock and will be shipped within 5 business days.You can expect items purchased to arrive within 10 to 14 days. We will email you if there will be a delay due to an unexpected shortage.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Shipping and handling charges vary on each item. On many powder items we charge just .50 cents. Larger items that have more packing requirements (special jugs, tape, and double bagging for liquids as an example) we charge from .50 cents to $3.00. Often you will not see this as it is included in the shipping calculator.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, we ship what we can Internationally. Many products are just ingredients in hair & skin care ingredients and there are no restrictions. We do not knowingly ship hazardouse or restricted items to countries where they are disallowed. We will NOT mislabel items as books, publications or gifts to ship them with less or no tariffs.
Q:I have selected an item, but checkout will not let me finish the transaction. My address is not in the United States. What is the problem?
A:When the item was listed, your country was not selected as an option to ship to. Send us an email and we will see if we can arrange shipping to your country. Please keep in mind, shipping internationally may take longer. Fees: Buyers will be asked to pay a small fee for us filling out customs forms. You are also responsible for duties & tariffs.
Q:I see what I need, but can not find the package size I want. Can you help?
A:On the left you will see a search box. Put the chemical name in you are searching for and press enter or search to see all of the items listed. If the package size is not listed please email us to see if we can list in the size you require.
Q:In your Payment instructions you ask for a reciept when sending a money order. What receipt, & why do you need it?
A:We need the ebay invoice/receipt with the item numbers & descriptions when you checkout.This invoice/ page will have your Ebay userid, email, your address, & our address. Your money order only has your legal name, which we do not have. Without this invoice/receipt we will not know what to send you or where to send your product. Please send it.
