| For items with color options, please specify product color when making payment. To specify your color choice, simply enter your preference into the 'Message to Seller' text box on the PayPal payment screen during Checkout. If you miss this step, please promptly send me an eBay Message indicating your preference. Color choices received via eBay Messages after the order is processed for shipment may not be honored. If no color is listed, I'll send the one pictured in my listing. If more than one color is shown, I'll pick one for you. |

| | | Frequently Asked Questions | | | Q: Do you ship internationally? | | | A: Yes! I now ship worldwide using USPS International Mail. For a shipping quote, please see the shipping calculator at the bottom of my eBay listing. Enter your destination country and desired quantity and then press the update link. | | Q: Do you combine shipping? | | | A: Yes, for US orders! All of my items include a shipping discount when they are combined with other items from my listings. | | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? | | | A: I usually ship on the next business day after receiving payment, using USPS Priority Mail. This is a 2-3 business day service (they don't count weekends or holidays). USPS International Mail delivery times vary from 9-14 days depending on Customs in the destination country. | | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? | | | A: Shipping and handling varies with each of my listings, so please refer to each item's listing for details. A shipping calculator can be found at the bottom of each listing. | | Q: What is USPS flat rate shipping, and how does it work when I buy multiple items? | | | A: Most of my chess items are heavy, so I've selected USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping as my primary shipping choice. USPS has three sizes of flat rate containers, so whatever I can fit into them ships at one rate, regardless of weight. When multiple items are combined and must be packaged in a larger box, the cost goes up accordingly. |
